| [atrb=width,240] Appearance: Shori is a typical Elf in her appearance, tall slender and graceful. Although by most peoples opinions she is rather short for a fey standing only at 5ft 7inches, but she is actually about average height. Her slender but curved build gives her the elegance that all elves seem to be known for, her long flowing copper hair that falls below her waist just adds to her elegance. In darker lights her hair may be considered a red or dark ginger. Pale but not ghostly white skin makes her orange eyes stand out, and enables Shori to wear all styles of clothing. Of which she prefers either tight fitting outfits that offer protection, namely corsets made of dragon scale. she uses the dragon scale because it's strong but flexible as well as fire proof. Unlike her normal corset her skirt is mostly layers of material, that fall to her knee. Beads are often hung from the only opaque layer of material in her skirt. Tiny sequins are scattered on every layer of her skirt making her glow even when sad. All she wears are light colors but always with a faded hue meaning that her clothes are never bright enough to hurt anyones eyes.
Personality: Anyone who meets Shori would say that she will say or do what she wants without fear. They would also say if you see her run and don't look back, as that is likely to draw her attention and unless you have gained her respect or you know you are stronger than her it would be bad to have her full attention. She only gives this impression because she knows that alone she can't take down many enemies or fight using her pure physical power. Although if she is presented with a challenge she will not turn it down. Even if it would mean death. Being a strong believer that death should not be feared but welcomed and nothing is worse than death, makes her seem fearless to some and stupid to others. Some may wish to protect such an innocent appearing girl but many don't. Shori isn't over bothered about fighting and killing, she was trained from a young age to be a rider/tamer/guardian and that's what she is. She became almost rouge though when her sister was killed for not putting a young dragon down. It affected her badly and she vowed never to be apart of an organization that could be a part of any army. Being from the background that she is from means loyalty and honor were breed into her, raised with the belief that all beings should show and be shown some honor & respect. Always a soft spoken girl she has a strong connection with the earth and animals on it. Although being inside or underground without being able to see the sky makes her violent.
History: The history of an elf is a history full of interesting tales. Shori is no exception, all her life she grew up around dragons of all kinds. Her and her sister were orphans and were taken in by Dragon riders and their dragons, they spent a good hundred years or so with them, learning everything they could about the ways of riders and the dragons. They lived happily with their dragons, until they were called to fight, none of them wanted to but no-one wanted to see the old and the young dragons slaughtered. The small group joined the army reluctantly. Shori has done her best to wipe the memories from her mind. She remembers her sister's murder and how she was left to care for herself and the pair of dragons. She has spent the rest of her years living with the dragons and only the dragons. It was them that convinced her to come to the school. The rest of her history is a blur the her, she will sometimes have painful flash back to her past, but she can only remember her life at the school in detail.
