Lilith hadn't seen him fly through the air because of her closed eyes, but she had heard the sound and it made her open her eyes, thats why she had tried to force herself to her feet. Hearing him taunting Zane, Lilith smiled and watched him get up.

The barriers around her opened and her mind and body burned. Pushing herself to her feet the huge wolf ignored her shaking legs and yelped at a sudden pain in her side, she knew the pain more than she should have. That pain was the same as having her sides methodically sliced open, no blood showed from her side just the pain.

"Skara remember what i said before the spell? It still stands."

Lilith was talking about the bracelet, Rose wouldn't be affected as much as Lilith or Skara would be by Zane's magic, because she didn't have a physical form she could protect Skara better than Lilith could. Lilith herself was close to passing out, her mind was fine but her body felt broken. She would spend the next few hours or even a day asleep to recover.

Skara had about a thousand battle plans in place, all running through his head at the same time. His first one was to use an old spell, more or less forgotten to spread his aura across a space, whoever it touched would feel a pressure, it would be dark and eroding to match his demonic blood. Skara called it his demonic pressure. He felt it seep through the barriers like it was a mist then brushed up against Lilith, which he knew would happen... he also felt a slight disturbance and shot a ball of hellfire at it, putting it out as ut just passed through the thing.

Seeing she wasn't running Skara closed off the barriers again and smiled at Lilith, "No matter what stay there. He can't get to you as long as I am alive, and if it seems like he will get me I have a few ideas on what to do to." he reassured her as he winked at her as she mentioned the bracelet, he was already forming that plan and casting the spell, he would wait for her reaction first, and if this Zane guy attacked him or tried to get to Lilith. "So Zane, I know your a demon and all but do you have to pick on someone weaker than you? Got a mircoscopic cock is that why?" he taughted again, "I bet it is why, that is why you hurt women and those weaker than you."

Lilith felt Skara's aura and backed away from it, her steps were slow and awkward but because of her large size it meant she was soon out of the circle. In the hell fire aimed at where Zane would have been Lilith saw a pack of wolves, she knew their fur would be like fresh snow.

The demon smiled at her as the barriers went up and she pulled her nose back just in time. He winked at her and she shook her head. Hearing Skara's words Lilith growled but the sound wasn't her own. Raising her paw again Lilith bit down drawing even more blood. Pulling shadows from them Lilith formed a perfect circle and held her paw above it.

Her blood flowed around this circle of shadows and fell to the floor. As her blood it the ground Lilith stepped over the line and stood only slightly off center. The Shadows became a mist and gathered in the center of the circle.

"Sorry."

Her voice was her own when she uttered that single word and then she began to speak in Latin, her words were fluid, pain filled and yet held a sense of pride that wasn't her own. Zane was forcing her to summon him, she hoped that Skara would have a plan to either slow her or stop her, if he even knew what she was doing.

He watched what has happening and frowned, he knew a summoning spell when he heard one... especially one to summon a demon. Latin, why the hell does Latin make it so easy to summon demons, it is rediculous, bloody Romans couldn't leave well enough alone. But he had another plan, he couldn't do it himself so he had to rely on Lilith... who seemed to be contolled. Great, fight a full demon and a werewolf or try to banish the demon and free the werewolf.

He shook his head and sighed, "And today was meant to be a good day, it was a date wasn't it? I'm going to count it as one, and I finally kissed a girl... demons... they ruin fuckign everything." he grumbled as he closed his eyes while twirling the girl's bracelet around his index finger and cast a few spells, a few went into the bracelet and the rest were cut to runes into his skin and they were everywhere. He used the runes to make him stronger, faster and most importantly to make his scales and bones harder, way harder. He also put a small sheild around his left arm so to bite through his arm would be like biting theough a steel piller and plus, his blood would be like swallowing lava so even if she did bite through she should automatically pull back.

Hoping his magic would hold as he burned through it wil all the runes on his body he ran for Lilith, the blood from his cuts starting small fires where they landed. He slid to her hoping going to ground would take her by surprise as he grabbed her bleeding paw and jammed his enchanted left arm into her mouth while the demon was forming. Skara quickly drew out a spell with her paw and he wrapped his legs around it to hold it down as he used his now free hand to press the braclet to her head, to let Rose speak to Lilith.

It was a temporary spell, more like a quick fix. His sword was the darker part of his soul and it could talk to him, could influence him somewhat so he made a quick spell to allow Rose to do the same, "An instant, it is all I need. Activate the spell Lillith. I trust in you here. With my life." he whispered to her as the demon formed, any demon caught in the spell would be banished back to hell or whatever realm they came from, the stronger ones could just pop to the other side of the world but he had no idea what it would do to a half demon, "Any time now kiddo."

Lilith heard him sigh and grumble, she didn't slow or pause in the summoning but they way she stood suggested she wanted his help. Next to her the ball of shadows was starting to take the form of something vaguely human. Closing her eyes she didn't want Zane to see what she saw, she spoke louder causing her own words to deafen herself. It was only small actions like this she could do without Zane having any say in.

She felt him closer but didn't react until she smelt the fires. Opening her eyes she yelped and stopped speaking, he grabbed her paw and she snarled just as he shoved his arm between her jaws. She did bit down lightly obviously fighting the urge to sink her teeth into his flesh. Feeling the bracelet at her head she tried to pull away but she heard the white wolf speaking.

She could see herself now and the white wolf standing face to face in a clearing. To Lilith it felt like hours had passed but in truth it was seconds, that wounded paw that was held to the ground became as cold as a long dead body. Putting her magic into it she felt her mind tear away from Zane's. The spell she had cast shattered because she had lost her connection with Zane.

Her body shook and her sides were now bleeding, the pain she had felt was only pain not real injuries until Zane was banished. She didn't understand why she had suddenly regained her injures from years ago but she did and she pulled her leg from Skara's grasp to nudge him with her muzzle.

Shaking her head she wanted to lay down but she couldn't, the pain would be too much for her to handle. What she needed to do was either heal herself to come even closer to passing out. Lifting her head suddenly Lilith laughed.

"Stay there Skara."

Lilith stepped over his body and slowly picked up her pace to a gentle lope, it didn't take her long to return with a small deer, it was still struggling in her jaws and she had acquired a few more injuries.

"Skara, I'm sorry but trust me."

Lilith was going to do something that would heal his wounds completely but also put her on the brink of passing out. The deer was still alive because she needed to drain it's life and mold it in order to give it to Skara and heal him. She could have used her own life energy but that would mean that he would only be borrowing it as she would remain alive. By killing the deer it wouldn't fade or return to the original owner.

Waiting for his reaction before do anything she stood some distance away from him with the struggling deer in her jaws. She held it tight enough so it couldn't escape but loose enough not to kill it.

When the spell went off all Skara knew was pain, it felt like he was being torn in half, but he didn't just feel pain, he could smell it and hear it and taste it and see it. That is how painful it was. He was more or less having a fit, every muscle and nerve was on fire and causing him to roll around and spasm even after the spell ended. Not that he would know, it felt like an eternity suffering in hell.

He didn't hear her saying to stay put but he just lay on his stomach, panting and his heart hammering. He wasn't in pain anymore, just exhuasted. It was just like what happened when when changed back to a human, his magic mostly just left him and left him needing to sleep for days. When she got back with a live deer he sat up and a large chunk of scales from his face fell away, turning to ash as it hit the ground and leaving most of the left side of his face looking human again and his fangs were human teeth to, "What do you plan to do with that. You'd have killed it if you were going to eat it, urgh I need to sleep I feel so tired." he yawned and shook his head as he dragged himself to his feet, more scales falling from his body, he jumped up and down a couple times causing more to fall. He didn't seem to have any of his cuts from the runes but he did have bruises.

Pretty soon he was standing in a pile of ash and he was shaking more from his clothes, "God I need a shower." he mumbled.

Lilith had seen him in that much pain and could relate to it. that why she had run off, now she stood with the deer and lowered her head and put a paw one it rump keeping her jaws locked loosely on it's neck. It kicked and cut her with one of it's powerful kicks. Thats when she pulled her head away and watched the deer slowly die.

Keeping her paw on it she felt it's life flow through her and she smiled. There was nothing visible to see but if Skara was in tune with nature he would feel the power that she now had.

"Skara, come put your hand on me."

Her words were gentle but the sentence held power to it like an order. She waited for him to come near her and place his hand on her. She would share the stag's life between them, he didn't seem to have any cuts, just bruises. So she would probably end up with more of the energy than Skara.

She smiled as she heard him talk about a shower. Looking at herself and nodded in agreement. He would need one and some clothes for that matter.

"Skara, get your naked body over here would you?"
